Who We Are

Hi there! I’m Eboney, the proud owner of Suga and Doc’s Sweet Cart. I first ventured into the world of sweetness in 2020 with a cotton candy company and a soft play business. After three fantastic years of creating playful memories, I decided to switch things up and spread even more joy! Now, I’m on a mission to make everyone—from tiny tots to grown-ups—smile with the sweet, sugary delights of mini pancakes and donuts. Because let’s be honest, who doesn’t love a little sugar rush?

For the ❤️ of my Grandparents

Suga Belle Cotton Candy Company and Doc’s Mini Donuts and Pancakes are named after my incredible grandparents, who shared over 60 beautiful years of marriage, life, and love.

With 14 grandchildren filling their home almost every weekend, my grandparents somehow managed to give each of us the love and attention we needed. But I always felt a special bond, especially because my grandmother and I shared the same birthday.

To honor my late grandparents, Eula “Suga Belle” and Willie “Doc” Ford, I’ve chosen to celebrate them with the two things they cherished most: togetherness and sweets!
